Where do you deliver to? As of right now we only ship within the United States and we deliver locally in the NJ/NY area. We bake our cookies fresh everyday and ship out orders on Tuesday and Friday.Please allow up to 14 Days For Your Order To Be Processed, Baked and Shipped !! Do you have a pickup option? In the event that a customer has a time sensitive reason for needing their product sooner than we can deliver or ship they are welcome to pick it up at their earliest convenience. What are your shipping costs? Our shipping costs are the standard U.S. rate !! As these are perishables we want them to arrive promptly to ensure they are as fresh tasting as can be for our customers. What is the return policy? Please ensure you put a valid address, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If a box is returned due to an incorrect address we will resend at your expense. We are NOT responsible for replacement costs if an animal gets into your cookies. All cookies are baked fresh, if not consumed please freeze. Due to the nature of our products, there are no cancellations and no returns. Once an item is purchased and received by the customer they are solely responsible for the products/goods that were purchased. Multiple orders from the same household will not be cancelled. We cannot be responsible for inclement weather, or mishandling of your packages by couriers. This is the most up-to-date information on our return policy.
